These Terms of Service govern the use of Gearshack (the 'Service') provided by Jyn Schultze-Melling (the 'Provider').
These terms apply to all users of the Service. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Gearshack provides outdoor gear management tools including inventory, packlists, sharing, and product lookup. The free tier is available indefinitely. Trailblazer is a paid subscription with extended features.
You receive 30 days of Trailblazer for free. We do NOT store payment data. After 30 days you automatically lose Trailblazer features — no auto-billing, no hidden costs. To keep Trailblazer, click 'Activate' actively.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital services with immediate access, the right of withdrawal expires only if you actively confirm immediate execution and waive the withdrawal right.
Cancellation is possible at any time effective end of billing period. Cancellation button is in Settings > Subscription, at the same click depth as the booking flow (FairKonG / § 312k BGB).
The Trailblazer subscription auto-renews monthly (or yearly). Renewal is announced via email 7 days in advance. You can cancel anytime to prevent renewal.
The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages.
German law applies. Jurisdiction: Berlin.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
